Jacqueline Moody is a member of the Litigation and Restructuring team in our Hong Kong office. She has over 10 years of litigation experience and a background in accounting.
She is working on multi-million dollar fraud cases concerning breach of directors’ duties by reason of the improper use of company funds. Jacqueline has also worked on several complex cross border insolvency cases, as well as petitions based upon the just and equitable ground. She has been involved in the preparation and strategic advice for annual general meetings of offshore companies that are listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Prior to joining Harneys in 2017, Jacqueline worked for a leading law firm in the Cayman Islands where she defended a multi-billion dollar fraud case. Prior to her time in the Cayman Islands, she gained extensive litigation experience in in the United States.
