Harneys is proud to celebrate the strength and diversity of its legal team. We take pride in our history and culture of supporting, developing and promoting our female lawyers at every level. We are happy to report that 4 out of 5 litigation partners promoted in 2017 are women. Over 50 per cent of our litigators are female and 44 per cent of our fee earners are female across the firm – that’s the highest percentage of women fee earners across any of the top eight global offshore law firms, as reported last week in The Lawyer.

International Women’s Day is a chance to appreciate and advocate the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women. The team at Harneys is delighted to unite and reflect on this occasion to showcase our female litigation team and their contributions to our practice. Click the photos below to read more about our woman litigators including what brought them to a career in law.

For more perspectives from woman lawyers at Harneys, see this related post providing views on gender equity from some Harneys litigators, or this post on gender equity in the funds industry on our sister publication, The Offshore Funds Blog.
